Festis Dance Store provides various digital services, including:
- Video and photo editing
- Delivery of digital media content
- Custom services (e.g., start list corrections, event-related media)
All services are digital and most are delivered individually after processing, not immediately after purchase.
3. Ordering Process
Orders are placed via our online store. After successful payment, the customer receives a confirmation email. The ordered service is then processed manually. Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the service.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR. Since the company is not VAT registered, VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94 of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1). Payments can be made securely using available payment methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal).
5. Delivery of Digital Services
All services and products are delivered electronically (via email or download link). No physical products are shipped.
6. Refund Policy
